This policy covers AI Growth Partners Inc., operating as Vertical AI Systems ("Vertical AI Systems", "we", "us").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, business information, and project requirements when you engage our services.

When you use our booking form, we collect your answers, your name, email and company, and your phone number, website and role if you give them. We also record the UTM tags, referring page and browser type from your visit, and which homepage hero you were shown. Your IP address is kept only as a one-way hash, never in full.

We count how many times each step of the form is viewed. The counts hold no name, email or answer.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide services, communicate with clients, improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations.

We use what you send through the booking form to reply to you and, if you book, to prepare for the call. Our team gets a copy as an alert in Discord and by email. You get one email that confirms we received it, repeats the options you picked and gives the next step.

Information sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services.

For the booking form these are Supabase, which hosts our database in the United States; Discord and Resend, which carry the alert to our team and the confirmation email to you; and Cal.com, which handles the booking if you pick a time.

Data security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

How long we keep it

We delete booking form submissions and booking records from our database 12 months after we receive them.

That deletion does not reach the copies sent as alerts and emails, or the bookings held by Cal.com. Those stay with Discord, our mailbox, Resend and Cal.com.
